So as we train…

In Public Safety, the principle of train like you fight ensures readiness when it matters most. The same applies to pipe bands preparing for competition and performances.

How often do we review our sets? Pressure test them? Refine them? Run full run-throughs as if we’re on the competition field?

Imagine stepping onto the line and realizing:

🎵 A key transition wasn’t locked in.

🎵 Someone missed crucial feedback because they weren’t at rehearsal.

🎵 A simple communication breakdown threw everything off.

Truly prepared bands don’t just hope things come together—they train for it. We rehearse, adjust, and drill our music, our marching, and our teamwork so that when it’s time to perform, we’re ready.

When’s the last time you really ran through your set like you were standing in the circle on game day?
